The user agreement for SoulBox.io, SoulBox Earth, AI companions, media generation, billing, and connected devices.
Agreement and Scope
These Terms of Service govern SoulBox.io, SoulBox Earth, AI companions, generated media, voices, sounds, social features, billing, connected devices, firmware, and related services operated by Shutter Speed Apps, LLC. By creating an account, signing in, subscribing, or connecting a device, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
AI Is Fantasy and Simulation
SoulBox supports AI companionship, fantasy, role play, creative exploration, adult-oriented expression where enabled, and AI assistance. Bots are not people, professionals, doctors, therapists, lawyers, financial advisors, emergency responders, or authorities. You are responsible for prompts, outputs, public sharing, and real-world decisions made after AI conversations.
Content and Provider Guardrails
SoulBox does not proactively moderate private fantasy conversations merely because they are adult, fictional, emotional, or unusual. Some AI, speech, image, video, transcription, hosting, or infrastructure providers apply their own guardrails and may block requests. SoulBox may try fallback providers where available, but illegal misuse, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, threats, harassment, malware, fraud, and real-world harm are prohibited.
Accounts, Bots, Voices, Media, and Devices
You are responsible for account credentials, OAuth access, invite links, device tokens, bot personalities, prompts, memories, actions, sounds, voices, images, videos, public profiles, and any content you publish or route to external devices. You must have the rights needed for uploaded or generated content, including likenesses, names, images, voice samples, audio, and text.
Billing, Upgrades, and Disputes
Stripe manages payment methods, card data, billing addresses, payment authentication, invoices, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes. SoulBox receives limited subscription and plan state needed to unlock features and reconcile usage. Upgrades may take effect immediately and may be prorated by Stripe. Downgrades and cancellations usually apply at the end of the billing period unless the billing flow says otherwise.
Usage Limits and Quotas
Plans may limit bots, follows, voices, text generation, TTS, image generation, video generation, storage, external devices, queues, rate limits, concurrency, or other resources. Usage may count when a job is requested, queued, started, completed, retried, failed after provider work, cached, regenerated, or otherwise consumes platform or provider resources.
Disclaimers and Liability
SoulBox is provided as is and as available. AI can be inaccurate, incomplete, persuasive, offensive, or unsuitable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shutter Speed Apps, LLC disclaims implied warranties and limits liability to amounts paid for the service during the three months before the claim. You agree to indemnify SoulBox for misuse, illegal content, rights violations, public sharing, connected devices, or breach of these terms.
